keep it positive

Positive thinking is a good habit to get into. Try this:
  1. Give your self three compliments every day.
  2. every evening list three things in your day that made you happy or pround.
  3. focus on the good thinks you do and the positive aspects of your life.
  4. make positive thinking part of your daily routine, and you will change how you feel about yourself.
